Refund & cancellation
General rules. The specific terms of each project are set by its contract.
Cancelling before work starts
The client may cancel a project before work begins by giving written notice.
Cancelling during work
A project can be stopped at any stage. Work completed and delivered by that point is settled; work not done is not.
Accepted stages
Stages the client has accepted in writing are considered complete.
If the result differs from what was agreed
Deviations from the agreed scope are corrected within the project with no additional conditions.
