How engagements work. The binding terms are those of the signed contract.
Services
OTHER provides design and development of websites, digital products and automations for businesses.
Starting work
Every project starts with a scope and timeline agreed in writing.
Changes outside the agreed scope are estimated and agreed separately.
Acceptance
The result of each stage is handed to the client for review. A stage is accepted once the client confirms it in writing.
Rights to the result
Unless the contract says otherwise, rights to the final deliverables pass to the client after full settlement. Third-party assets (fonts, libraries, stock images) remain under their own licences.
