SALDO
Small-business finances in one space
- FinTech · 2025
- Product logic, UX, interface design, interface development
- 5 product screens, 2 mobile, account and operation model, visual system
A small-business owner keeps money in a bank, on a card, in cash and on a currency account, and answers «how much do I really have and what do I owe» by hand. SALDO is not accounting and not a bank: it shows the state of the money in plain words.
The home screen answers one question — what is happening with my money: balance, monthly flow and the next payments side by side, not buried in reports.
Dense operations table
Every row is a date, counterparty, category, account and amount. Income in green, expenses in brick, currency payments also show the amount in their currency. Figures are monospaced and right-aligned — the amounts read straight down the column.
Financial tables and dense data.
Where the money goes
The month's spending is broken down by category — a bar by amount and a ring by share. Each category shows how many operations it holds and how it changed from last month.
Data visualisation: distribution and comparison without chart noise.
Taxes as dates and amounts
Single tax, ЄСВ, income tax and the military levy — a list with due dates, amounts and a «paid / pending / next» status. This is an interface concept: dates and amounts shown as data, without advice.
A complex domain presented calmly and clearly.
Cashflow and forecast
The balance across the month as one line: the solid part is actual, the dashed part forecasts to month-end from expected income and planned expenses. The lowest point and the end-of-month balance are visible.
