FORMA EXPORT

B2B platform for Ukrainian manufacturers

Area
B2B Marketplace · 2025
Role
Product logic, UX, interface design, interface development
Scope
5 screens: manufacturer catalogue, manufacturer page, product card, request for quote, cabinet

Task

Ukrainian manufacturers — furniture, textile, metal, food — reach business buyers in Ukraine and the EU by hand: mailshots, PDF price lists, messenger hunts. A buyer cannot compare makers by batch size, certification and export readiness.

Key decision

The unit of the platform is not a cart item but production capability: batch size, capacity, certificates and export countries. So search filters by MOQ and certification, and one request goes to several verified makers at once.

Proof 01

Manufacturer page

Not a product shelf but a capability profile: floor area, capacity, product lines, verified documents — ISO, FSC, EUTR, company registry extract — and export countries. The side panel states batch, lead time and delivery terms at once.

What it showsA complex B2B model and trust work: verification, certificates, documents.

Proof 02

Request for quote

The request form computes who fits it: by category, batch, certification and destination country it shows how many makers match — and one request reaches them all. The buyer's contacts stay hidden until they accept a quote.

What it showsCommerce architecture: matching logic, a multi-party flow, hidden contacts.

Proof 03

Manufacturer cabinet

Incoming EU requests, sent quotes with conversion, orders with a production stage — from confirmed to shipped — and logistics to European cities. Documents to sign are pulled out so a contract does not get lost.

What it showsComplex cabinets: many entities, statuses, stages, document flow.

System

Product card with customisation

For contract manufacturing a product is not a photo and a price but a spec: material, dimensions, wood moisture, packaging, MOQ and lead time. A separate customisation block shows what can be changed — size, tint, edge, branding — because B2B buys to order, not off the shelf.
