Ukrainian hauliers move cargo to Poland, Romania, Moldova and Czechia but run it in chats, spreadsheets and paper. The dispatcher can't see where a truck is, the driver phones in every step, and a trip's documents and margin are counted by hand after the fact.
The unit of the product is the trip, not a chat message: it has a route, a driver, a truck, documents and money, and the driver confirms each next step from a phone while the dispatcher watches it on the map.

Every trip in one dense list. Delay and border are pulled to the top and marked with a colour on the edge — the dispatcher sees where to look before opening a single trip.

The live trip map
A schematic map of Ukraine and its EU neighbours: Lviv–Kraków, Kyiv–Warsaw, Chernivtsi–Bucharest, Odesa–Chișinău. Line colour is status, the truck sits where it is, and a border delay shows right on the route.

A stage timeline on top, and below it cargo, driver, truck, trailer, route, documents and money side by side. One sentence about the border explains why the arrival time moved.

The money of a trip
Income minus fuel, tolls, per diem, broker and depreciation — and the margin adds up on its own, with the cost breakdown beside it. The carrier sees each trip's profit, not the month's.

Documents of an international trip
CMR, invoice, waybill, T1 customs declaration, packing list, insurance, e-TOLL — each document with its status and who holds it. The product shows at once exactly what blocks the border crossing and the closing of the trip.
